ITC Infotech is looking for Application Service Manager to join our team in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring uptime and compliance with global IT and security standards. Drive incident, change, and release management processes while monitoring service performance and SLAs. Lead vendor and contract management, tracking KPIs and negotiating service improvements. Own OPEX and cost optimization initiatives, partnering with Finance and Procurement. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leads, and IT teams to align priorities and embed operational readiness in every deployment. Ensure governance, observability, and automation across application environments to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations or Application Management within large enterprises. Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles. Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and operational budgets. Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem, Azure, SAP, Power Platform, and ServiceNow. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese a strong advantage. ITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
