To succeed, you will build high-performing teams across business development, marketing, customer success, and operations, ensuring alignment with our global goals and values.

Key industry verticals and top-tier Brazilian exporters are key to this role, where you will forge partnerships with industry associations, export agencies, and logistics/fintech partners to build a strong ecosystem.

Responsibility for Brazil's P&L is paramount, including growth targets, sales metrics, user acquisition, and retention KPIs. Data-driven management practices will be used to track performance and optimize ROI.

A bridge between Brazil and HQ teams, you will ensure seamless communication and alignment, providing market insights and feedback to help shape product localization and platform optimization.

This role requires a proven track record in leading teams and driving business growth in Brazil, as well as a strong understanding of the Brazilian export ecosystem and cross-border trade.
