Employer Industry: Document Services and Legal Support Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $28.58 per hour Eligible for an annual bonus based on performance Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment with an emphasis on teamwork Chance to work with cutting-edge word processing software and provide mentorship Flexible hours with a night shift schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. EST What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software including Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects Efficiently handle time-sensitive and confidential materials Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialized applications and provide feedback on team performance What is Required (Qualifications): High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of experience in document outsourcing or the legal industry Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience working with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax for PDF manipulation Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments effectively Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
