Regional Director - Latin America (LAC) As Regional Director - Latin America (LAC), you'll lead one of Ten's most dynamic and fast‑growing regions, with a focus on operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Spanish‑speaking South America. You'll be accountable for the region's full performance ‑ from P&L and operational delivery to service excellence and client relationships ‑ guiding a senior leadership team across multiple countries and cultures. This is more than a leadership role. Role You’ll be accountable for delivering the company's key performance objectives in the LAC region – leading teams across multiple countries, balancing global frameworks with local market realities, and ensuring world‑class service delivery. You’ll partner closely with Service, Client Services, Proposition, Technology, Finance, and People teams to capture growth opportunities and strengthen client partnerships across established and emerging markets.
