In this role, you'll be… The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Supervise and mentor a team of pricing analysts and quality agents, ensuring performance, productivity, and engagement. Monitor daily operations across menu validation, reference menu creation, and price comparison tasks. Prioritize and distribute workloads, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met. Lead onboarding and continuous training sessions for new hires and existing staff. Operational Excellence Ensure all menus on the platform comply with Contract & 99 Food’s pricing policies. Oversee exception handling and unblock requests, ensuring commercial justification and documentation. Validate data accuracy and oversee automation performance; elevate technical or data inconsistencies when needed. Maintain accurate records of parity checks, overrides, and communications with internal stakeholders. Stakeholder Management Partner closely with the Commercial team to provide weekly reports and flag critical discrepancies for negotiation. Liaise with Product and Tech to report system issues, bugs, and automation improvement opportunities. Represent the operational team in regional meetings and strategic discussions with leadership. Quality & Continuous Improvement Supervise the Quality Assurance process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs. Analyze recurring errors, propose process adjustments, and create retraining or feedback loops. Build dashboards and KPIs to measure performance, accuracy, and efficiency improvements. Promote a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in people leadership or BPO/vendor management. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Experience with operational processes, audits, or compliance frameworks. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills. Strong written and verbal communication (Portuguese and English). Preferred Qualifications Experience in food delivery, marketplace, or e‑commerce operations. Experience managing Quality Assurance or Continuous Improvement programs. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Outgoing, solution‑oriented, and team‑first mindset.
