Tech Skills (Obrigatórios)
  • Experiência comprovada na utilização da plataforma Insider para campanhas de marketing digital, automação e personalização de jornadas.
  • Conhecimento em implementação, configuração e manutenção de fluxos e journeys na Insider.
  • Entendimento de integrações entre sistemas de CRM, CDP e plataformas de marketing (ex.: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, APIs, Webhooks, ETLs).
  • Habilidade para realizar análises de performance de campanhas e elaborar relatórios com indicadores de engajamento, conversão e retenção.
  • Conhecimento de estratégias de segmentação, personalização e A/B testing.
  • Familiaridade com tags, tracking e gestão de dados de usuários.
Tech Skills (Desejáveis)
  • Experiência prévia em Salesforce Marketing Cloud e participação em processos de migração entre plataformas de marketing.
  • Conhecimentos em HTML/CSS para e-mail marketing.
  • Noções de SQL e manipulação de dados.
  • Experiência em projetos de Customer Journey Orchestration.
  • Certificações em Insider ou plataformas de marketing automation.
Principais Responsabilidades
  • Apoiar os discoverys do projeto de migração do Salesforce Marketing Cloud para o Insider.
  • Mapear requisitos de negócio e traduzir em configurações técnicas e operacionais na plataforma Insider.
  • Configurar e otimizar journeys, segmentações e campanhas automatizadas no Insider.
  • Realizar testes de funcionamento (QA) em campanhas, fluxos e integrações.
  • Apoiar a equipe de marketing no uso da plataforma e disseminar boas práticas.
  • Monitorar KPIs de campanhas e gerar relatórios de resultados e insights para evolução contínua.
  • Trabalhar junto ao time de tecnologia para garantir a qualidade e integridade da integração de dados.
Escolaridade e Experiência Profissional
  • Formação superior completa em Marketing, Publicidade, Administração, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia relevante em operações de marketing digital com ferramentas de automação e CRM.
  • Experiência comprovada no uso da plataforma Insider (implementação, configuração e gestão de campanhas).
  • Diferencial: vivência em projetos de migração de plataformas de marketing.
