This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end operations for the issuance of policies and endorsements. Working closely with the sales and underwriting teams, it offers dynamism and interaction with different departments, people, and activities. As a Business Services Analyst, we expect you to be a subject matter expert and understand the key concepts of Rural Insurance (agriculture, livestock, and rural property damage). You should be able to identify how to add value to the business chain: processes, policy issuance, payments, and compliance requirements.
About the Role:
Operationally responsible for issuing Rural Insurance policies and endorsements, providing support to both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuance of policies and endorsements.
- Management of standard operational processes and internal controls (compliance and regulatory);
- Handling complex, non-standard processes and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Participation in small projects, meetings, and development programs.
- Engagement with other business areas, supporting and analyzing processes, and proposing improvements for the teams.
- Definition of requirements and participation in testing to support system development.

About You:

- 1-3 years of experience in insurance, customer service, operations/underwriting.
- General knowledge and/or exposure to insurance disciplines, especially in Rural lines, whether in operations or underwriting.
Technical Skills:
- Office Package – Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI would be a plus);
- Knowledge about Rural Insurance;
- Experiences with Brokers/Insurance Company;
- Customer Service;
- Intermediate English (Spanish will be an advantage);
- Graduated or studying: Business Administration, Insurance Management, Production Engineering, or Actuarial Science.
