About the role Supporting the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, Operating Partners are Revolut's generalist executives and problem solvers. You'll take ownership of high-priority projects, build and lead high-performing teams across various functions and markets, and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products. What you'll be doing Leading and executing key company initiatives Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities Owning standalone verticals/functions/teams, including potential turnaround cases Hiring and leading high-performing teams Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth What you'll need A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas 8+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company A proven track record of career progression Experience building and leading multiple high-performing teams with 10+ direct reports Experience working abroad or as an expat Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
