What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive same-store sales and operational excellence across the district
  • Coach and develop store management teams to optimize performance
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and exceed standards
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and other key partners to align with business strategy
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and solve strategic problems
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of multi-store management or 5 years of store management experience
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with using a laptop
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Sound mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension abilities
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively for the role
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends
