Coleta informações e trata de questões técnicas e reclamações, relatando-as à empresa. • Pode ajudar nas vendas e marketing, fornecendo conhecimento técnico e suporte, assegurando que todos os materiais promocionais e de marketing sejam tecnicamente precisos.Um coordenador/ especialista e gerente, supervisiona colaboradores com formação acadêmica e atuação profissional (recentes na função ou experientes) e também pode supervisionar alguns colaboradores em nível especialista.
