Total Service Account Specialist – Customer‑centric specialist focused on high‑value business customers, driving retention, growth, and service excellence. Responsibilities Manage a dedicated portfolio of high‑volume business customers, maintaining quality and SLAs. Act as the go‑to person for complex client issues, providing product knowledge and relationship building. Proactively monitor portfolio health and engage with customers based on data‑driven triggers to address potential issues and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Collaborate with support teams across servicing and other stakeholders to provide feedback that drives service and process improvements. Own at‑risk accounts, proactively manage and resolve issues to preserve customer relationships. Qualifications Customer‑centric mindset with a strong focus on satisfaction and the ability to instill this in a team. Excellent strategic problem‑solving and communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly. Attention to detail and solid understanding of KYC principles, with the ability to identify compliance‑related risks. Dynamic, adaptable in a fast‑paced environment; strong decision‑making and planning skills. Analytical and critical thinking; data‑driven decision making and team empowerment. Industry knowledge of payments and cross‑border payment systems (SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, etc.). Have a minimum of 24 months in a similar customer service role with proven quality and performance. Expectations Track record of successfully growing accounts and managing cross‑border payment systems. Experience in a high‑growth payments technical environment. Execution super‑power with strong planning, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable working with operational, product and financial data to “connect the dots.” Hands‑on, deep data analysis, compliance and process improvement mindset.
