We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to provide intelligence and research to identify farming triggers, stakeholder expansion paths, and strategic entry points across all Mid Market accounts. What You’ll Do: Weekly scan of all clients (LinkedIn, news, job posts, funding, board changes). Run internal processes to detect warm intros via BairesDev network. Build and update org charts, stakeholder maps, and relationship heatmaps. Identify adjacent stakeholders with influence and build reach-out plans. Develop AI agents to automate tasks. Deliver packaged insights for AM review prior to Account plans creation. What we are looking for: 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development. Advanced proficiency in English.
