
Sales Leader for Energy Storage Systems

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Energy Storage Systems business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing overseas order negotiations, and leading quotations to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to formulate sales strategies and plans based on market conditions;
- Manage overseas order negotiations, contracting, and execution to ensure sales targets are achieved;
- Lead quotations at each stage of projects based on competitor quotations, industry raw material cost, and company pricing strategies;
- Coordinate internal production resources to ensure smooth delivery of products and service quality;
- Maintain and strengthen business relationships with customers, conduct regular communication, collect market/customer feedback, and adjust sales strategies promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years related business development or sales experience in new energy industry;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Be motivated and logically organized, proficient negotiation and teamwork skills;
- Adapt to frequent travel and perform well under pressure.
