About the Role We are seeking a creative leader to drive the design and execution of innovative brand experiences. Lead multiple projects simultaneously. Drive design development from initial concept through detailed construction documentation. Establish and maintain design standards, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with producers and project managers. Partner with creative directors to understand design intent and translate it into clear architectural strategies. Generate daily creative briefs to guide the architecture design team on project direction and next steps. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 8+ years of professional experience in architecture, with proven leadership in design-driven projects.
