About this role We're seeking a Creative Visionary to lead our Motion Graphics and Interactivity team. This leadership position involves setting creative standards, driving innovation, and ensuring all visual output meets the highest levels of creative and strategic excellence. Develop and maintain a strong creative vision for interactive experiences and motion graphics projects. Mentor and guide designers on both creative and technical aspects, fostering growth and consistency. Review and refine client-facing design deliverables, ensuring they exceed expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows across the design-to-animation pipeline. About you You'll have 6+ years of experience in art or creative direction, with proven leadership skills. You'll be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma, with a strong grasp of animation principles and production pipelines. Key qualifications: Expertise in motion graphics, interactivity, and UX methodologies. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly with international, remote teams. Fluent English (written and spoken). What's next?
