Job Title: Digital Customer Engagement Manager As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the digital customer engagement strategy and ensuring seamless interactions between customers and our organization. Position: This is a contract position (4-6 months plus) with flexible remote work arrangements. Duration: 4 to 6 months plus, depending on project requirements. Distribution Effort: 5 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world. Project Role: You will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring that project deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded. Number of Positions: We are seeking multiple talented professionals to join our team in this role. Key Skills: Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications. Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers. Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or any other cloud solution. Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces, and Load Balancer topics. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form a clear understanding of complex issues before finding solutions. Soft Skills Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication), with additional languages being a plus. Examples include Asian languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) and European languages (German, French, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian).
