Nossa equipe de Production gerencia projetos do início ao fim. Eles são solucionadores de problemas que conhecem todos os detalhes de qualquer projeto, e servem como ponto de partida para os clientes e a equipe da R/GA. Eles sabem o que esperar, o que fazer a seguir e onde precisam estar o tempo todo.
**Em Um Dia Comum Você Pode**
- Trabalhar com a liderança para entender e montar a melhor equipe para o objetivo de um projeto. Ajudar a definir o tempo, ferramentas e melhores formas de trabalhar.
- Gerenciar um projeto desde o início até a entrega, removendo obstáculos, comunicando o andamento, garantindo a entrega dentro do prazo e do orçamento.
- Será o primeiro ponto de contato para equipes de projetos e clientes.
- Ajudar no escopo e auxiliar na criação de contratos, cronogramas e relatórios de orçamento para manter o projeto em boa saúde financeira, conformidade e garantir entrega de qualidade.
- Sinalizar quaisquer problemas e buscar soluções. Priorização/definição do escopo e aprovação da solicitação de mudança do projeto.
- Liderar projetos de médio/pequeno porte e auxiliar em projetos de alta complexidade com atividades relacionadas ao gerenciamento de projetos.
