We’re Dingus & Zazzy, a global digital marketing agency, and we’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Brazil to join our expanding international team. This role provides a unique opportunity to: Develop advanced sales skills and frameworks under experienced mentorship Gain exposure to international markets and high-profile clients Build a track record of measurable success in a growing, global company Position yourself for accelerated career growth within sales, including AE or senior sales roles Key Responsibilities Conduct structured outreach to prospects via phone, email, and CRM (HubSpot) Qualify leads, uncover business opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline Schedule meetings with sales executives and coordinate next steps Analyze and report on outreach performance and conversion metrics Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, strategies, and processes Contribute proactively to improving lead generation and prospecting efficiency Who We’re Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in lead generation or business development Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance sales organization Ability to work 8:30 am – 5 pm ET, Monday to Friday Preferred Skills & Qualifications: SDR or BDR experience HubSpot or CRM experience Experienced cold caller (bonus if you’ve used a power dialer) Who You Are Results-oriented and highly self-motivated Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly understand client needs Eager to develop professionally and take on new challenges Interested in working in a fast-paced, remote, international environment If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales career with a global team, we want to hear from you.
