Job Opportunity Customer Support Expertise Required: The position of Customer Service Specialist requires a professional with exceptional customer support skills, who can effectively resolve inquiries and complaints while managing customer accounts to deliver an outstanding experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely manner. Identify and resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions or escalating when necessary. Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in the system. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and guidance. Build positive relationships with customers through empathetic communication.
