Job Title: Brand Strategy Lead As a Brand Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Develop a clear brand positioning statement that defines our unique value proposition in the market. Elevate our brand storytelling by creating clear messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and creative direction principles. Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and differentiated brand experience. Lead the evolution of visual and verbal branding elements to ensure they are aligned with our brand strategy. Conduct regular brand audits and competitor analysis to refine positioning and strengthen brand relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between brand expression and business objectives. Deliver executive-level presentations articulating the brand strategy and its impact on long-term growth. Candidate Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or creative leadership roles. Strong understanding of brand architecture, storytelling, design principles, and market differentiation. Experience building or evolving brands in digital-first environments or global markets. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing brand governance independently. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and influence executive stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a creative sensibility and a practical approach to execution. Familiarity with agency frameworks or high-growth digital organizations is highly advantageous. Comfortable working in a remote setup with high accountability and time management skills.
