Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de People para se juntar à Lastro. Esta é uma posição com um escopo generalista, em que você será responsável pela construção de variados processos da área (do zero) de ponta a ponta, desde o pagamento de folha até refinamento das políticas de compensation.

Responsabilidades principais

  • Pagamento de folha;
  • Gestão de documentação, contratos, benefícios e férias dos colaboradores;
  • Construção, gestão e monitoramento das políticas de viagens corporativas;
  • Interação com a contabilidade no âmbito de departamento pessoal;
  • Refinamento das políticas de compensation da empresa.

Requisitos

  • Excelente capacidade analítica e de construção de processos;
  • Excelentes habilidades de fala, leitura e escrita;
  • Excel/Google Sheets intermediário;
  • Experiência prévia com People, principalmente com funções de Departamento Pessoal.
