Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating daily device installation schedules, communicating with internal teams and customers, overseeing field technicians, and generating daily reports to clients. Duties & Responsibilities Daily Scheduling & Coordination Manage and organize daily device installation schedules Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers Oversee and coordinate field technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain ongoing project status and address operational issues as needed Deliver daily reports to clients on time and in a clear manner Customer Support Act as the primary point of contact for property managers addressing guest-related technical issues Troubleshoot access control, thermostats, energy monitoring, sensors, and other smart devices Provide real-time support via video calls to resolve customer queries efficiently Dispatch and coordinate on-call technicians to minimize downtime Content Creation & Communication Develop and update Help Center articles, user manuals, and product documentation to enhance customer experience Create and schedule customer emails about product updates and new features
