Estamos procurando um profissional para reforçar nosso time de midstream, biofuels e gas trading . O trabalho envolve a elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos complexos e desenvolvimento de projetos de uma forma ampla. Você vai encontrar demandas variadas relacionadas com o mercado de gás incluindo direito regulatório e contratos comerciais de alta complexidade. Nem sempre o trabalho será puramente jurídico.

Aqui no escritório atendemos clientes em todos os segmentos do gás natural. Estamos passando por uma profunda transformação no mercado de energia, com aumento de liquidez e oportunidade, além de foco na transição energética e desenvolvimento sustentável.

Você terá a cesso direto aos sócios e demais associados que possuem décadas de experiência no setor e terá todo o treinamento , apoio e recursos necessários para evoluir com a gente .

Se gosta de um desafio a oportunidade é muito boa. O candidato ideal não precisa ter experiência no setor ou senioridade específica, mas será uma vantagem se já tiver trabalhado com contratos e regulação, seja in-house ou em outros escritórios. É fundamental ter um senso comercial aguçado, habilidade negocial e interpessoal pois você terá que lidar diretamente com nosso clientes e contra-partes.
