Our client is a B2B iGaming software company that has developed a cutting-edge betting platform.

On their behalf we are actively seeking a talented B2B Sales Manager to join their team and work at the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Offering insights into clients' business models and guiding them to understand the company's processes and workflows effectively.
  • Overseeing service delivery across relevant teams to ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual agreements.
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer, both internally and to clients.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs within the company.
  • Ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Thorough understanding of the company's products and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry within the B2B sector is a MUST.
  • Strong background in account management or sales is essential.
  • Experience in LATAM
  • Proven experience in engaging with C-Level executives and stakeholder partners.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced English and Portuguese language skills.
