Outbound Sales Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role will involve building a reliable outbound engine that converts leads into qualified meetings for a fast-growing sustainable brand. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with data sourcing, sequence building, deliverability, copywriting, and HubSpot pipeline management. Strong written English skills are essential for writing concise and brand-aligned copy. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate pipeline stages in HubSpot and sourcing, cleaning, and enriching lead lists based on our target audience's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Requirements Proven experience owning outbound operations for U.S.-based companies. Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly/Smartlead. Ability to write concise and brand-aligned copy. 15–20 qualified meetings/month after the first 60 days is the expected performance metric. We're looking for someone who can drive sales growth through strategic outreach and build strong relationships with our target audience.
