About the Role

Are you starting your career and looking to grow in a dynamic international environment?

We're looking for a  Junior Outreach Specialist — someone who's curious, eager to learn, and confident in communication.

In this role, you'll support our team by reaching out to potential clients and scheduling meetings with decision-makers in the energy industry, using email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.

You don't need to have years of experience — what matters most is your initiative, communication skills, and willingness to grow with us.

This position is  hybrid, based in Rio de Janeiro, with a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities
  • Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Research companies and contacts in offshore drilling and energy sectors.
  • Personalize outreach based on technical and commercial decision-maker profiles.
  • Keep activity records organized using CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and contact lists.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and assist with active campaigns.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as sending emails, preparing documents, organizing files, etc
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – required, as you'll interact with international contacts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about outreach and business development.
  • Comfortable starting conversations — we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with others.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in outreach or sales is welcome but not mandatory.
