Building Connections: A Junior Outreach Role

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Outreach Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers in the energy industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting outbound outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and phone to schedule qualified meetings;
- Conducting research on companies and contacts in the offshore drilling and energy sectors;
- Personalizing outreach based on technical and commercial decision-maker profiles;
- Maintaining organized activity records using CRM tools;
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and contact lists;
- Following up on inbound leads and assisting with active campaigns;
- Performing administrative tasks such as sending emails, preparing documents, and organizing files.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – required, as you will interact with international contacts;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive and professional attitude;
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about outreach and business development;
- Comfortable starting conversations – we are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with others;
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required;
- Previous experience in outreach or sales is welcome but not mandatory.
