About the Role
As a Junior Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling meetings with decision-makers in the energy industry.
This involves utilizing various communication channels, such as email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach, to establish connections and generate leads.
You will also be tasked with researching companies and contacts within the offshore drilling and energy sectors, personalizing outreach efforts based on technical and commercial decision-maker profiles, and maintaining organized activity records using CRM tools.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams, follow up on inbound leads, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and organized attitude, and comfort starting conversations. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
