About the Role Are you starting your career and looking to grow in a dynamic international environment?
We're looking for a Junior Outreach Specialist — someone who's curious, eager to learn, and confident in communication.
In this role, you'll support our team by reaching out to potential clients and scheduling meetings with decision-makers in the energy industry, using email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
You don't need to have years of experience — what matters most is your initiative, communication skills, and willingness to grow with us.
This position is hybrid, based in Rio de Janeiro, with a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to schedule qualified meetings.
Research companies and contacts in offshore drilling and energy sectors.
Personalize outreach based on technical and commercial decision-maker profiles.
Keep activity records organized using CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and contact lists.
Follow up on inbound leads and assist with active campaigns.
Perform administrative tasks such as sending emails, preparing documents, organizing files, etc
What We're Looking For Fluent English (spoken and written) – required, as you'll interact with international contacts.
Strong written and verbal communication with a positive and professional attitude.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about outreach and business development.
Comfortable starting conversations — we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with others.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
Previous experience in outreach or sales is welcome but not mandatory.
