About Us
At Coface, we are on a mission to strengthen our Business Information Services through innovative solutions. As part of our global growth, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join our team remotely in Brazil.
This position reports directly to the Group Head of Solution Engineering and plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver complex solution sales by acting as the subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
- Design and deliver customized technical solutions to address specific customer needs.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of technological solutions, highlighting ROI and added value.
- Assist in answering technical questions during the sales process and contribute to early project specifications.
- Support sales teams by developing technical training and presentation materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technological solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (post-graduate studies are a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of B2B solutions and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and customer expectation management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
