Pre Sales Manager

1) Conduct technical communications to new and existing customers for products;
2) Work with Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance;
3) Collect technical related information in the market or from clients;
4) Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide technical knowledge support at external and internal facing events;
5) Participate in bidding process and clarify technical solutions to clients;
6) Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the cloud industry, understanding cloud
- Have a deep understanding of the Brazilian cloud market;
- Skilled at product documents and solution drafting;
- Have a keen business sense and able to quickly discover and respond to customer needs;
- Team player and strong ability to withstand pressure, courage to accept;
- Highly skilled in customer communication, delivering presentations, solution defense, and influencing customers in Fiberhome’s favor;
- Ready to travel upon request;
- Fluent English is mandatory.
