1) Conduct technical communications to new and existing customers for products;2) Work with Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance;3) Collect technical related information in the market or from clients;4) Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide technical knowledge support at external and internal facing events;5) Participate in bidding process and clarify technical solutions to clients;6) Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers.Requirements:At least 3 years of work experience in the cloud industry, understanding cloudHave a deep understanding of the Brazilian cloud market;Skilled at product documents and solution drafting;Have a keen business sense and able to quickly discover and respond to customer needs;Team player and strong ability to withstand pressure, courage to accept;Highly skilled in customer communication, delivering presentations, solution defense, and influencing customers in Fiberhome’s favor;Ready to travel upon request;Fluent English is mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
