Job Title: Help Desk Agent We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our users, resolving their technical issues and improving their overall experience. Main Responsibilities: Respond to all user inquiries and resolve their technical issues promptly and professionally. Record all calls and incidents in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate and complete documentation. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service quality. Analyze and report on incident trends and patterns to identify areas for process improvement. Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems, applications, and processes to provide expert-level support to users. Communicate effectively with users at all levels, both verbally and in writing, to ensure understanding and resolution of issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support role. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
