Additionally, they should possess the ability to work well in a team, provide detailed documentation of issues and solutions, and be available for backup shifts and support. Our Service Desk is responsible for monitoring activity, tracking open versus closed tickets, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing service quality by participating in team reviews and suggesting process improvements in collaboration with IT teams.
