Job Summary The Business Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring seamless project execution. Reporting to two senior leaders, this dynamic professional will support strategic relationship building, partnership management, and sales growth initiatives. This dual-function role includes supporting the SVP of Partnerships (80%) by helping source, develop, and maintain key relationships, and assisting the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) (20%) with coordination, CRM management, follow-ups, and operational support across sales and growth initiatives. Main Responsibilities Business Development & Partnership Management (80%): Identify potential partners, build strong relationships, collaborate with internal teams, draft proposals, track performance metrics, and provide project coordination. Support for the Chief Growth Officer (20%): Maintain CRM tasks, assist with scheduling meetings, prepare meeting materials, and offer administrative support. Key Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this challenging role, candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
