In this role, you will support clients and suppliers, contributing to unique holiday experiences for customers. The primary responsibility is to assist clients with inquiries, liaise with suppliers, and manage bookings according to standards and procedures. Main Responsibilities include engaging with callers professionally, providing accurate information, documenting call activity clearly, responding promptly to requests, and maintaining high service quality.
