Business Development Representative Drive Sales Growth and Foster Long-term Client Relationships Job Description: This is a high-energy sales position where you will play a pivotal role in achieving business growth targets by developing long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing existing client relationships. Additionally, you will engage with key decision-makers to present and position our product offerings, helping them meet their business objectives. In your day-to-day, you will: Develop and nurture client relationships to drive business growth and revenue expansion. Identify and qualify new business leads, building a continuous pipeline to support long-term success. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to support business forecasting and strategy development. Travel to visit clients on a quarterly basis to build personal connections and further business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: At least four years of experience in sales with a proven track record of driving business growth. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Industry knowledge of certification and/or ISO standards is an advantage. Experience with CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce is beneficial. A valid driver's license is required for travel to client sites.
