Job Overview This role involves partnering with stakeholders to deliver value-added features that meet sales, marketing, and billing team needs. The primary focus is on Service Sales CRM solutions, but exposure to enterprise applications is also provided. Key responsibilities include: Process Analysis : Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds. Requirements Gathering : Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to document functional design specifications. Solution Design : Transform stakeholder visions into functional features and lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams. QA Support : Assist with test planning and execution, presenting product demonstrations and preparing release notes. Stakeholder Communications : Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and documentation for change management. This role offers the opportunity to grow both business and technical skillsets while shaping CRM and enterprise applications that drive real impact. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
