Drive Revenue Growth and Strategic Expansion We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our revenue growth and strategic expansion efforts. Your Impact on the Job You'll develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You'll lead cross-functional teams to create compelling sales plans, forecasts, and KPI reports to inform organizational planning and decision-making. You'll establish a strong business presence in defined zones, overseeing regional sales managers and championing product adoption. You'll identify and close large revenue deals, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex sales cycles. You'll analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development and sales strategies. You'll set sales objectives by forecasting demand, developing annual sales quotas, and projecting expected sales volumes and profits. You'll maintain sales volume by tracking market shifts, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand. You'll ensure national sales operational requirements are met by scheduling employees, assigning tasks, and monitoring work results. You'll stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to inform business decisions. Requirements and Qualifications 15+ years of relevant sales and customer success experience, with extensive knowledge of scaling geographies and practices. Proven track record of managing high-performance sales and customer success teams in the LATAM region. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to inform recommendations and actions. Able to influence cross-functional teams and drive collaborative decision-making.
