As a seasoned Dynamics CE expert, you will be instrumental in streamlining customer journeys from initial engagement to lead disposition. This involves reviewing and optimizing call schedules, sequencing, time zones, and location assignments for seamless operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align system configurations with call log data and implement solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience. Your expertise will drive business growth by ensuring customers receive timely and personalized support. This position requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Dynamics CE expertise (hands-on configuration and development). Experience with auditing and improving customer journeys and call workflows. Ability to manage end-to-end changes, from requirements gathering to production deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a detail-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. A key aspect of this role is effective communication in English, as you will work with US clients and contribute to their success.
