As a specialist in customer success, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and retention of our partnerships within the life sciences sector. The primary objective is to enhance the utilization of video solutions by professors, thereby improving teaching outcomes and student success. This involves collaborating closely with faculty members to integrate these videos into their courses and strengthen subscription renewal outcomes. To achieve this goal, daily outreach to faculty members is essential, as well as increasing product awareness, delivering presentations, and influencing product decisions. These tasks require strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, knowledge of education trends, and experience in cold calling. A key requirement for this position is a Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines. Experience in customer-facing roles is also crucial, as it enables individuals to build strong relationships with clients and drive business results. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the life sciences sector by contributing to the development of innovative educational solutions.
