Regional Sales Growth Manager Sell software solutions to new and existing customers in LATAM. Develop a pipeline to drive revenue growth and achieve or exceed quota targets. Responsibilities: LATAM sales strategy development and territory expansion. Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and effective opportunity/account plans. Maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts and develop business cases to address customer priorities. Participate in region development, including account relationships and prospect profiling. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish. 2-4 years of sales experience in software with a focus on customer satisfaction and results-driven performance. Key Skills: Customer-focused, excellent communicator, teamwork and adaptability.
