Job Title We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Manager to lead our corporate development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM, creating market maps to build strong relationships in assigned software industry verticals. This role requires meeting and exceeding monthly M&A targets, including meaningful contacts and other measurable M&A sourcing KPIs. The successful candidate will work both autonomously and with M&A leadership to qualify M&A opportunities with efficiency. This position involves ensuring the lead database is allocated accurately within portfolio verticals. Effectively qualifying opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel to maintain focus for the Portfolio Managers of the business units is crucial.
