Job Title: IT Asset Management and Hardware Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IT asset management and hardware specialist to join our team. As an ITAM/HAM professional, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining hardware asset management processes using the ServiceNow platform. The selected candidate will ensure the integrity and accuracy of asset data in the CMDB, construct inventories, correct relationships within the CMDB, and develop dashboards dedicated to the HAM module. Key responsibilities include integrating inventory tools with ServiceNow, developing and configuring workflows, business rules, and reports in the HAM module, supporting internal and external audits with reliable asset information, and working closely with areas such as Procurement, Finance, Security, and Infrastructure to ensure the complete life cycle of assets. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience with ServiceNow, especially in the ITAM/HAM module, solid knowledge in CMDB and ITIL processes, experience with integration of inventory tools and process automation, ability to analyze data and generate management reports, and good communication skills.
