Job Summary: Risk Management Officer We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to join our team as a Risk Management Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in implementing and maintaining comprehensive risk management frameworks, conducting prudential and capital risk assessments, and preparing regulatory disclosures. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regulations and standards related to risk management, capital adequacy, and VASP disclosure requirements. As a second-line or independent control function, the successful candidate must be able to operate independently from commercial functions. Develop and implement a robust risk management framework to cover credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks. Conduct thorough risk assessments, including stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital adequacy evaluations. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures as required by financial institutions and VASPs. The Risk Management Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a financial institution or a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of Central Bank of Brazil regulations and international standards related to risk management and capital adequacy. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and reporting skills.
