Key responsibilities include managing vendor onboarding, coordinating requests for information (RFIs), creating sales collateral, capturing performance metrics, and tracking activities. Operational Expertise: 3+ years of recent experience in sales operations, presales support, or business operations. Industry Background: 3+ years in the IT industry/consulting (recent experience). Process Mastery: Proven experience with operational processes, activity tracking, stakeholder follow-ups across departments, RFI and vendor onboarding processes. Analytical Skills: Strong capabilities in metrics and reporting. Content Generation: Demonstrated experience in content creation, presentations, and sales materials. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency is required. Preferred Skills: Vendor management, outsourcing experience, education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration are desired.
