Logistics Channel Development Director

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the overall planning of South American channels and the development of different logistics products (customs clearance, local headway and tail, to ensure that from End to End program time & cost optimization);
2.Responsible for the whole process of sourcing, introducing, negotiating and contracting of logistics service providers, and formulating standards and assessment mechanisms for the whole process of service provider management;
3.Docking communication with domestic and international business related departments to promote channel development related program output & project landing;
4.According to the strategic direction of the headquarters and South America's time and cost targets, promote the logistics provider to expand or optimize the logistics network to achieve efficiency and cost reduction goals;
5.Responsible for supplier procurement risk management, such as contract terms of business, logistics provider business risk, integrity management.
Job requirements:
1.Full-time undergraduate degree or above, more than five years of international logistics business experience, familiar with the South American logistics industry and market is preferred;
2.Skilled in business skills and methods, familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics;
3.Having rich and high quality resources of South American logistics service providers is preferred, with the ability to quickly integrate resources;
4. Have keen industry insight ability, business analysis ability and business negotiation ability, data analysis ability, coordination and communication ability;
5. Experience in logistics provider management, and strong management ability for the introduction of logistics provider management services;
6.Bilingual (English and Chinese) fluency is preferred.
