About the Role: We're looking for a dedicated professional to support our merchant growth and experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operation tasks, take part in various merchant projects, and provide communication and education to merchants on important experience issues. Key Responsibilities: Support daily operation for the merchant growth and experience team. Participate in merchant operation projects including material delivery management, content production, and merchant experience initiatives. Communicate and educate merchants on important experience matters. Assist with other merchant operation related tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements: Be responsible, reliable, and willing to work hard to achieve team goals. Show eagerness to learn, adaptability, and openness to new experiences. Exhibit good communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a willingness to grow together with others. Speak native Portuguese, with fluency in both spoken and written languages. Use English for daily communication and document preparation. Have proficiency in using computers and common office software. Prior experience in operations or sales support is a plus.
