Sales Manager Job Description The organization seeks a motivated Sales Manager to concentrate on the Spanish-speaking LATAM region. Key target markets include Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Chile. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business with iGaming operators across key LATAM markets Support and manage aggregator relationships to ensure content visibility Monitor and interpret regional regulatory and compliance developments Advise on market-specific requirements to support successful launches Represent the company at events and in-person client meetings Candidate Profile iGaming sales experience of 3–5 years preferred, ideally with a game provider or aggregator A strong network across LATAM operators Familiarity with sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles Awareness of regional compliance and regulatory frameworks Fluency in Spanish with professional English skills Candidates with account management experience may also be considered Based in LATAM, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile
