Job Title We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily coordination and scheduling, customer support, content creation, and communication. Organize and manage daily device installation schedules to ensure smooth execution. Communicate with internal teams and customers to align on schedules, updates, and service requirements. Oversee and coordinate field technicians, ensuring that all service orders related to specific projects are executed on time and with exceptional quality. Monitor ongoing projects and proactively address any operational issues that could impact execution timelines. Generate and deliver daily reports to clients, providing updates on installation progress, service quality, and key metrics. The Customer Success Analyst will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities This role involves acting as the first point of contact for property managers addressing guest-related technical issues. The ideal candidate will also utilize tools like EasyHub Platform to diagnose and troubleshoot access control, thermostats, energy monitoring, sensors, and other smart devices by analyzing logs and resetting systems. Provide real-time support via video calls, guiding guests through device instructions. Dispatching and coordinating on-call technicians for urgent service requests. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional organizational skills. Strong project coordination skills. Excellent client reporting skills. Willingsness to learn and adapt quickly. Technical aptitude and proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms. Fluent Portuguese and English language skills.
